Reich an Vitamin K (f\u00fcr die Blutgerinnung) Vitamin C (super f\u00fcr das Immunsystem) und Vitamin B6 sorgt der kleine Kohl daf\u00fcr, dass wir auch im Winter fit und fidel bleiben.
