Vanillezucker<\/strong> und <strong>1 TL Zimt<\/strong> in eine weite Pfanne geben.<\/li>\n<li>Alles ordentlich aufkochen lassen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>200 g ganze Mandeln mit Schale<\/strong> in die -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">bis die Fl\u00fcssigkeit vollst\u00e4ndig verdampft ist.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Zwischendurch immer wieder gut mit einem Holzl\u00f6ffel umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn die Fl\u00fcssigkeit verdampft ist, kristallisiert der Zucker. Jetzt hei\u00dft es: best\u00e4ndig weiterr\u00fchren!<\/li>\n<li>Der karamellisierte Zucker schmilzt jetzt wieder und legt sich durch das R\u00fchren als knuspriger Mantel um die Mandeln.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn alle Mandeln gut \u00fcberzogen sind, gebt ihr sie auf Backpapier, trennt sie mit einer Gabel ein wenig voneinander und lasst sie trocknen und komplett ausk\u00fchlen.<\/li>\n<li>Fertig!
