Die <strong>Minze sorgt dabei f\u00fcr k\u00fchlende Erfrischung<\/strong>, die <strong>Gurke f\u00fcr gen\u00fcgend Fl\u00fcssigkeit<\/strong> und <strong>Chili, Kerbel, Dill verleihen der Suppe den richtigen Pepp.<\/strong> Die Suppe ist vegetarisch \u2013 sofern man die Garnierung mit Garnelen oder Speck wegl\u00e4sst. Und bei der Zubereitung kommt ihr auch nicht ins Schwitzen, denn der Herd bleibt kalt. Alles, was ihr braucht, ist ein Mixer, der auch Eisw\u00fcrfel zerkleinert.
