N\u00e4hrhefe sorgt f\u00fcr einen w\u00fcrzigen K\u00e4segeschmack, ist aber vegan)<\/li>\n<li>200 ml Cashewkernmilch<\/li>\n<li>2 EL Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Zucker<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>schwarzer gemahlener Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>220 g Vollkornspaghetti<\/li>\n<li>2 Handvoll Pekannusskerne (ger\u00f6stet)<\/li>\n<li>2 TL Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und in Scheiben schneiden. Artischocken in ein Sieb abgie\u00dfen und abtropfen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Kokos\u00f6l in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Knoblauch darin bei mittlerer Hitze goldbraun r\u00f6sten.<\/li>\n<li>Ger\u00f6steten Knoblauch, Artischocken, N\u00e4hrhefe, Cashewkernmilch, Zitronensaft, Zucker, 1\/2 TL Salz und 1\/4 TL Pfeffer in einem Mixer 1 Minute zu einer So\u00dfe p\u00fcrieren.<\/li>\n<li>So\u00dfe in eine Pfanne geben und unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren bei niedriger bis mittlerer Hitze erw\u00e4rmen.<\/li>\n<li>In einem Topf reichlich Wasser mit etwas Salz aufkochen.
