wird Carob Pulver hergestellt?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Carob-Fr\u00fcchte wachsen am Johannisbrotbaum,<\/strong> der auch Karubenbaum oder Karobbaum genannt wird. Das bekannteste Produkt bei uns ist momentan wohl noch das Johanisbrotkernmehl. Aber auch das <strong>braune Carob-Pulver<\/strong> wird immer beliebter. Das Fruchtfleisch der Carob-Fr\u00fcchte ist erst weich und wunderbar s\u00fc\u00df, sp\u00e4ter wird es hart. Die geerntete<strong> Frucht kann frisch oder getrocknet<\/strong> gegessen werden. Ein Teil wird auch zu Pulver gemahlen. Dazu wird die Frucht gereinigt, aufgebrochen und zerkleinert. Anschlie\u00dfend wird das <strong>Fruchtfleisch getrocknet, ger\u00f6stet<\/strong> und zu Pulver <strong>gemahlen.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Wie schmeckt das Pulver?<\/h3>\n<p>Carob-Pulver \u00e4hnelt in Farbe, Konsistenz und Verwendbarkeit Kakaopulver, ist aber s\u00fc\u00dfer und dabei viel weniger bitter. Carob-Pulver schmeckt karamellartig.<\/p>\n<h3>Ist Carob Pulver vegan?<\/h3>\n<p>Carob-Pulver ist absolut vegan. Jetzt kommt es nat\u00fcrlich auf die Verwendung an. Wenn du beim Backen und Kochen mit Carob auf tierische Produkte verzichtest, kannst du tolle, vegane und s\u00fc\u00df-karamellige Gerichte damit zubereiten.<\/p>\n<h3>Wie gesund ist Carob?<\/h3>\n<p>Carob enth\u00e4lt <strong>so gut wie kein Fett oder Natrium,<\/strong> versorgt dich daf\u00fcr aber mit einer ganzen Reihe an Ballaststoffen. Zusammen mit dem nat\u00fcrlich enthaltenen Zucker liefern sie relativ wenig Kalorien.
