Nicolas Pepper. Oder einfach Chris, Pep oder P (Pi).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wk_fliesstext\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Ich bin Engl\u00e4nder. Oh je, denken nun viele. Engl\u00e4nder und kochen. Die Allermeisten jedoch, die an einem unserer Dinner teilgenommen haben, loben meine K\u00fcche und im besonderen die Kombination von Whisky &amp; Food.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wk_fliesstext\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Ich wurde am College in Eastbourne, S\u00fcdengland, ausgebildet und kochte danach f\u00fcr ungef\u00e4hr drei Jahre an einem privaten Internat. Seit 1988 lebe ich in Deutschland und bin \u00fcber kurze Umwege direkt beim Hotel Waldesruh \/ Restaurant Pichlers gelandet. Dort war ich als Koch und 10 Jahre als K\u00fcchenchef. Ab April 2010 habe ich der Crew des Hotel Waldesruh &#8222;bye-bye&#8220; gesagt und widme mich ganz dem Whiskykoch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"wk_fliesstext\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Whisky ist
